asian fashion bloggers

Since discovering more fashion bloggers over the years, I thought it would be nice to compile a list of some of my favourite Asian Fashion Bloggers. Each one of them embraces a special individual style that reflects who they are as a person, which is ultimately what fashion is about, expression! It’s a language that only takes a glance to understand, it speaks for itself and communicates directly. It’s wonderful to know that bloggers can show their passion and inspire those around the world to embrace their own personal style.

Wendy Nguyen at Wendy’s Lookbook

Wendy’s Lookbook was discovered when I saw her video of how to wear a scarf in 25 different ways. From then, I couldn’t stop watching her videos and admiring her passion for styling and fashion. The way she would describe how to match colours, fabrics, shapes and trends. Her blog and her style is incredibly elegant, simple and feminine.

Susanna Lau aka Susie Bubble at Style Bubble

Susie Bubble was one of the first bloggers I ever discovered. She is well known for being one of the first fashion bloggers to emerge into the media, as being one of the first bloggers to be invited to sit front row at a fashion show. Not to mention, how hard it is not to fall in love with her quirky style of dressing.

Dawn Yang at Dawn Yang

After going to Singapore in 2012, I couldn’t help admire Singapores street style and fashion scene. It’s an incredible place full of colour. I discovered Dawn Yang on Instagram and immediately fell in love with her feminine way of dressing. Dawn is the founder of her own fashion brand Lexi Lyla.

Eugénie Grey at Feral Creature

Feral Creature is the one and only woman that inspired to momentarily dye my hair grey. Although, I ended up not doing so, after the hair dresser was very honest, in telling me it may not suit me. Who knows..maybe one day? I love her style, and the way she does her makeup and her smart twitter posts.

Evangeline Yan and Cherrie Liong at Duo Gigs

These two are my favourite fashion twin. They have amazing style and an addictive Instagram feed with beautiful hair to fall in love with and a wonderful fashion sense. I really admire what they do and am always impressed by the way they showcase each outfit.

MYBELONGING was discovered on Instagram, while I was trying to discover a Male Fashion Bloggers – which may I note, there are many. His style is my definition of street style. It’s simple, minimal and mostly monochrome, that makes it so attractive and endearing.
