Happy Valentines Day <3

When I wake up in the morning the sky is full of wispy white clouds and dreamy blue skies. Why do we have valentines day? Sure, we have all heard people say love should be everyday…and it’s true.

Actions of love is remembering to wake up in the morning and tell your loved ones that you love them. It’s to contact your family and ask how they are going time to time. Love is being caring, totally selfless and non judgmental.

Love List:

*Sitting in the summer breeze

*Hugging someone, makes me smile

*Imagining being in a cafe in Paris

*Meeting new people and making friends

*Laughing with other people makes it sweeter

*Listening to music that makes your heart calm and happy

*Hearing the voice of your family or close friend

Love is truly the greatest. God loves us so much. He reminds us that we are never alone in this journey in life and that we are complete with his love.

Corinthians 1 13:4-7

Love is patient and kind. Love is not boastful or proud or rude. It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable and it keeps no record of being wronged. It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance.

A little lovely music

  1. Thanks for this darlin’. I’m not a huge fan of Vday or only in an ironic sense anyway, and this reminded me how this day can be a springboard for such a bigger vision of love. It even made sit down and write a really cheesy e-mail to my family.

    1. Hi Jourdie :) I’m very glad to hear your comment. It always feel somehow cheesy to talk about love that way but I really believe that anything can be resolved with love!

      1. I agree. I think one of my big questions in life is what it truly means to love selflessly. I personally follow a Buddhist approach to this question, but I don’t think religion needs to be mutually exclusive and I enjoy reading your thoughts on God and how to bring faith into everyday life as well. :)
