Merry Christmas to each and everyone of you. I hope from the bottom of my heart you have a wonderful time and an even more exciting new year! Christmas is my favourite time of the year. There are so many Christmas trees in Taipei. It’s such a sweet and warm feeling, even though in Taipei, people don’t celebrate Christmas traditionally. It’s so important for us to remember what Christmas is truly about rather than blindly ignoring it’s true magic. Christmas is about Jesus and the birth of Christ. It’s such a magical and joyful time for family and friends to gather together.
This little pink dog below wearing jandles I called Gina. She fits perfectly for the journey to Australia. My first Christmas present. What a sweet thing. She even has long eyelashes. This cake was seen at a night market, made by a man from Poland. It caught our eyes with its bright colours. The sunflowers below I chose at a big store called Costco. I love sunflowers. They are my favourite flowers because they brighten up a room and are so sun shiney. The little Santa like man brings me so much joy when I see him. He is a ‘Swedish Santa’. Although technically he is not a Santa, and his real name is: Tomte or Nisse. The scenery is from a stroll in the neighbourhood, reminding us to appreciate the world around us.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart
Merry Christmas to you..
